We are excited to announce the creation of the St. Mark Book Club! The purpose of this Club is to come together as a community and discuss books that speaks to our Catholic faith. This group will meet every month to discuss a specific book, short story, movie or anything that spikes our interest. Detailed information is posted on this page and will also be sent via Flocknote.
Please see the calendar below to see what the monthly options are. Each month there will be three different books, three different meetings, all according to the different interests people had in the survey that was initially sent. If you would like to find out who our book leaders are, click here. Make sure you sign up to receive our flocknote which will include all the details on future reads.
Feel free to contact Kayla Huff or Leyla Lara, at the Parish Office (via CONTACT US! below) if you have any questions or suggestions.
Campbell is a great story teller and has an intuitive sense of her own spiritual needs. This book is about how a distorted perfectionism tries to undermine the life of sanctity and her own struggles with trying to make her life (an unfortunately the life of others) perfect.
