Depending on your request, submissions must be received the Monday prior to the print date (if ad has to be designed from scratch) or the Thu before print if your ad is print-ready.
During holiday seasons, significantly earlier submission deadlines may apply.
Submissions must be submitted through our online form. Hardcopy submissions and verbal submissions will not be accepted.
You may review our suggested ad dimensions to ensure your information/graphic will be included without adjustment.
Submissions will be reviewed and approved by the Pastor or Bulletin Editor.
The Parish reserves the right to edit submissions to correct errors or conserve space as needed.
We can never guarantee space for a full-page announcement, regardless of the submission date.

Must Include Contact Name and Email or Phone Number for each submission. This information will be printed.
Submit text announcements over flyers/pictures. If you must use a flyer/picture, please review the ad dimension guide that is linked above.
Any sizes outside these dimensions will be edited/cropped to fit appropriately
Only JPEG or PNG files are accepted for images.
If you have a PDF you may use a free PDF to Image site to convert your PDF to an accepted file format.
Information concerning ongoing programs and activities will not be printed every week but will rotate in and out of the bulletin throughout the year to allow for other announcements.
Ensure all events that will be held at our parish or using our parish zoom account have been submitted through the Room Request Form.
Provide general information for visitors and the community at large.
Provide information on Parish Ministries (for volunteers and those in need).
Provide information on the Sacraments (including prep).
Provide the Mass schedule.
Provide the parish calendar.
If your ministry has a page on our website, you may submit updates for your page through our online format least seven days before the update should be posted.
If you would like to submit an article for our News Section, submissions must be sent through our online format least seven days before the article's post date.
